🔹 What is the difference between your stainless steel button head wood screws and button head metal screws?

Wood screws feature a sharp V-thread (30° angle) designed for soft materials like wood, MDF, and composites. Metal screws have a 60° machine thread for use with pre-tapped holes in steel, aluminum, and plastics. Both are available in A2-304 and A4-316 stainless steel.

🔹 What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom sizes?

For standard sizes (stocked), MOQ is 5,000 pieces per size. For custom OEM/ODM orders (head marking, custom length, special drive), MOQ starts at 20,000 pieces per item. We can combine multiple sizes into one production run to reduce costs.

🔹 How do you ensure packaging quality for long-distance shipping?

All screws are packed in VCI (Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor) paper and sealed in heavy-duty poly bags. Outer packaging is 5-ply export-grade cartons or plywood pallets, strapped and shrink-wrapped. We can also customize packaging with your branding, barcodes, and labels.
