❓ What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for wholesale?

Our standard MOQ is 5,000 pcs per size. For custom OEM orders, minimums may vary. We can also accommodate smaller trial orders for new customers — contact us to discuss.

❓ How long does the zinc yellow chromate plating last in outdoor conditions?

Our plating provides 72+ hours to white rust and 120+ hours to red rust per ASTM B117. In normal outdoor conditions, expect 12–18 months of corrosion protection before cosmetic change. For longer life, consider our hot-dip galvanized or stainless steel options.

❓ What shipping methods do you use for international orders?

We ship via sea freight (FOB Tianjin) for bulk orders, and air express (DHL/FedEx/UPS) for urgent or smaller shipments. Typical sea transit to US West Coast is 18–22 days; air takes 5–7 days. We handle all customs documentation.

❓ How do you ensure quality consistency across large volumes?

Every production lot is tested for dimensional accuracy, hardness, and salt spray resistance before shipment. We provide a Certificate of Conformance with each order. Third-party inspection (SGS/BV) is available at buyer's request.

❓ What payment terms do you accept?

We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment), L/C at sight, and PayPal for smaller orders. For long-term partners, we can discuss open account terms after 3+ shipments.
